WHO WE ARE

Nicola Hill
Nicola is a writer and editor, specialising in the voluntary sector and LGBTQ+ subject areas.

Nicola helped to launch the Guardian's website, www.theguardian.com/society and worked for two years as the charities reporter, writing stories, commissioning articles and developing the website.

An LSE graduate in social psychology, Nicola spent three years at Cancer Research UK, and two at the RNIB, producing fundraising publications. She was also the news editor of Voluntary Sector magazine for over three years. She has a Masters in Creative Writing from Goldsmiths College.

Laura McCaffrey
Laura offers the whole range of editorial services, from design through writing and editing to project management.

Her extensive experience spans over 30 years in publishing, working for both large and small publishing houses before starting her own editorial company.

Laura's specialist areas are the not-for-profit sector, tourism, business and finance. She has edited and designed three books about philanthropy.

Laura is also a qualified teacher and speaks Spanish and French.
